Ontario Inc. is seeking a dedicated and caring Nurse Aide to join our team in Welland, Ontario. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary of $28.50 per hour and the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our patients. LMIA approved – open to all qualified applicants!

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Serve meals, assist patients with feeding, and ensure their dietary needs are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized patient environment.
• Accompany patients on walks and other recreational activities.
• Transport patients between care facilities.
• Respond to call signals and address patients’ needs promptly.
• Prepare patients for surgery (washing, shaving, and sterilizing operative areas).
• Perform other duties related to patient care and comfort.

Qualifications:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a Nurse Aide or in a related field (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Excellent teamwork abilities.
• Organized, reliable, and flexible.
